Wanna Gangga

  • Cuisine: Balinese tapas, wellness cuisine, lifestyle dining
  • Capacity: 80 guests
  • Hours: 10:00–22:00
More than a place to eat. A place to belong.

Wanna Gangga functions as a living cultural space first and a restaurant second: 631 square metres of open-air pavilion built around a multi-level infinity pool, sunken pool bar, whirlpool, cultural performance stage, and a sunset social hub that faces the full breadth of the Karangasem landscape.

It is where the day slows down, and the culture steps forward.

In the morning, Wanna Gangga gathers. Wellness breakfasts, healthy bowls, herbal Loloh tonics, and morning gatherings around a table that has no particular agenda. In the afternoon, it becomes the House of Culture. The same space that hosts Canang-making, Balinese painting, Egg painting, Rindik sessions, Balinese dance, and cultural workshops led by the people of Karangasem who practice them daily. In the evening, it celebrates Balinese entertainment, acoustic sessions, cultural storytelling, and the kind of community dining that makes a meal feel like a memory before it’s over.

The food at Wanna Gangga follows the same spirit: Balinese tapas inspired by traditional flavours, the Wellness Collection of traditional herbal beverages reimagined for modern palates, and the Spirits of Bali Collection crafted into signature cocktails that taste exactly like where you are.
